The Board serves on a volunteer, unpaid basis and oversees the activities and sets the policies of BevCam. BevCam is an educational nonprofit corporation, membership-based. BevCam is governed by a seven member Board of Directors. Membership
is open to any resident, nonprofit organization, government agency or school in Beverly. BevCam manages community access cable channels and facilities.

BevCam provides training, technical support and production equipment to the individuals and groups who utilize their services. BevCam receives operating revenue through the cable television franchise, memberships, donations and underwriting contributions.

BevCam’s purpose is to help individuals and organizations develop programs and distribute information to the people of Beverly. They believe that community access media is an appropriate and powerful vehicle for promoting greater awareness
and understanding of their community and the rich diversity of its people. BevCam provides access to information about and archival recording of local issues, government activities and community events that may be unavailable from other sources.

Claremont Community Television Incorporated is a 501(c3) non-profit provider of equipment and training for the production
of video programming. Services include the operation of community television access to Comcast cable on channel 8 for ClaremontNew Hampshire. The organization’s office, broadcast origination equipment, and training area are located at the SugarRiverValleyRegionalTechnicalCenter.

Additional equipment is located in ClaremontCity Hall and at StevensHigh School. In BarnesPark, a viewing and media platform is available for use by visitors or CCTV videographers.
